We aim to get you your products as soon as possible.

Products available in stock shall be available for immediate delivery upon confirmation of order.

Items that are not in stock can be requested on back order and we shall notify you of delivery timelines. In case you would like to cancel your order due to wait times please do not hesitate to contact us on hello@fittings.co.ke

Modern Fittings Mart Kenya Ltd shall ship your goods by courier service to your shipping address within 1 business day on receiving your order.

 Alternatively you may also collect your order from your nominated store within 1 business day.

Shipping Locations

We ship within Kenya only and currently cannot offer international shipping. We typically use the following couriers for shipping:

Aramex, G4S, Wells Fargo, Roy Parcels Services, Sendy, Glovo

Expected Shipping Times

 You can expect your goods within 3 business day of placing an order.

In Nairobi we can offer next day delivery

For other parts of Kenya, we shall nominate a courier company to deliver whom typically take upto 2 days for delivery.

 

Payments

All payments are made online through our payments processor partner Pesapal. Currently we accept:

Credit / Debit Cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express

Mobile Money including – MPESA, Airtel Money

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return back to one of our stores for a refund within 7 days of receipt.

Please note the product must be in its original packaging and in an un-used condition in order to qualify for a refund.

Refunds shall be processed through the online platform to return your funds back to you. Please note that we cannot offer cash refunds.
